Before I even ordered anything, they offered to come by my home to help design the spaces. They took measurements of each room, (noting the locations of doors, windows, outlets) and prepared to-scale layouts of the rooms with furniture, taking my preferences into account. That level of service alone warrants a 5 star review. But the kicker for me, and what makes me a repeat customer, is this: they genuinely want to do a good job with my home, even if it means they're not always making a sale. Most of the rugs at the Amish Craftsman are hand-tufted, whereas I'm looking for hand-knotted rugs. Even though I'm not purchasing a rug from AC, they still helped me pick out the right designs and sizes for my home. They put me in contact with a rug cutter, who will help make the perfect-sized rug for one of my smaller rooms. In a few instances, they have even steered me away from more expensive options, when they wouldn't work as well. (Their words: "I won't let you buy this").
