All furniture is NOT created equal.
Reality check time.
When it comes to furniture, what you see isn’t always what you get.
Sure, the floor of big box stores is filled with what may look like quality furniture, but if you know the right questions to ask, you’ll quickly realize that mass produced furniture simply can’t measure up to what the Amish make.
Let’s take a closer look.
For starters, all of our furniture is made entirely by hand, not a machine. And it’s made of solid, high-quality American hardwood. No particle board, veneers, or laminates allowed–ever.
Then there’s the joinery techniques. Unlike mass produced furniture that is held together by nails and glue, our furniture is meticulously assembled using age-old (and solid-as-a-rock!) joinery techniques like mortise-and-tenon, dovetails, and dowels.
And don’t forget, every last detail of every piece our builders make is custom made just for YOU.
You definitely can’t get that from a factory assembly line.
One more thing. Our furniture is built to last, not just for years but for generations. That’s good for you and the environment (see ya NEVER, landfills!).
Added bonus? At The Amish Craftsman, you always get what you pay for.
