TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to legal residents of Texas, age 18 or older. Employees of The Amish Craftsman, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Must live in the Greater Houston Area area within 50 miles of 5555 Washington Ave.
Giveaway Period: Begins June 9, 2025 and ends August 31, 2025. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM CST, August 31, 2025.
How to Enter: Visit The Amish Craftsman in-store at 5555 Washington Ave, Houston, TX 77007 during the Giveaway Period and complete an entry form in-store or complete the form above. Limit one entry per person. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
Prize: One (1) recliner, retail value up to $2,999. Any delivery fees and any additional costs or upgrades above $2,999 are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitutions will be offered.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 12, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email. Winner must respond within three (3) days or an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity: By entering, the winner agrees to allow The Amish Craftsman to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
General Conditions: The Amish Craftsman reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the giveaway. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.
